iStruct

The iStruct software is used to manage the sales network based on commission models: multi-level marketing, direct sales, agency sales. It has 2 plugins that use SMS sending: SMSing Module and Automatic Notification Module.

SMSing module

 

 

 

• Sending mass SMS messages to users (e.g. information on promotions)
  • Specifying a distribution list for:

    • Country
  • Dynamic calculation of the number of SMSs to be sent depending on the selected criteria, divided into national and international
  • Dynamic calculation of the number of remaining characters with information about the number of SMSs that the defined dispatch consists of
  • Possibility to insert custom fields into the sent message
    • ID
    • Name
    • surname
    • Date of registration   
  • Defining message templates for later use
  • Test messages 
  • Select the sender's display format
    • Custom name (e.g. company name)
    • nine-digit number
  • Shipping history table containing:
    • campaign name
    • content
    • Country
    • Recipients' statuses
    • Date of the campaign
    • The number of messages sent

Automatic Notification Module

 

Automatic notifying the user about actions in the system:

• Calculation of commission
• Receipt of payment for the order
• Shipment of the order
• Change of data in the profile
• Register a new user in the structure
• Inactivity (message sent on a selected day in the month)
